Old Walls Series 1
After walking into an abandoned ancient Chinese village, I felt reluctant to leave when I faced those silent and seasoned walls.
I saw that the spectrum of color of cyan, red, purple, blue, and yellow embedded in those mottled walls which infiltrated the great changes through the olden days below the sunshine. These walls enticed in my emotions astringent feelings of bitterness while I am passing by the tranquil old foot of the walls. I could imagine that these scenes would gradually fade away from modern man’s line of sight with its touching stories and culture.
I use the lens to record these beautiful country and old walls. My thought pursues it’s history below the illumination of a Southern August sun. Their beauty flicker extraordinarily splendid like a picture scroll of impressionism. I believe they will be inscribed in my deepest memory.
